• Measure, analyze and improve the Management System through Management Review Meetings, Internal Audit, Customer Satisfaction Assessment, Control of Non-conformance, Performance Evaluation and Data Analyses.
The Top Management is committed to ensure the implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System as compliant to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
